Define and maintain performance metrics, forecasts, budgets, quotas, and supply chain processes that support organizational goals. Prepare technical documents and standards for production. Evaluate and select technological solutions to improve tracking and reporting, product distribution, and storage and inventory processes.

 Serve as youngest Supply Chain Manager in all of Rieker history
 Key contributor to the overall positive impact of total quality management among technical offices, production sites, import/export fleet, and material usage.
 Minimize consumption of new material and waste and control environmental impact by driving reuse and recycle initiatives
 Realized 18000 € in annual cost savings by consolidating and improving warehousing processes
 Implemented recycling process for acetone based material resulting in 110000 €. annual savings
