• Coordinate with clients, consultants and Main Contractor.
• Prepare Pre & post Contract Documents, evaluation and variation claims.
• Prepare quantity comparative statement base on construction drawing against Original contract BOQ.
• Check and reviews plans and specifications.
• Negotiation with subcontractors before awarding the contract variations and claims.
• Prepare and issue work orders, Contract agreements and final bill for the project involved.
• Prime cost adjustments and changes in drawings and specifications.
• Prepare material quantity take off base from Construction drawing provided by the Main Contractor.
• Prepare program schedule using MS Project Software.
