Promoting positive Health, Safety & Environmental culture within the organisation.
Conducting HSE tour with developer (UDC) and walkthrough with consultant and ensuring that all corrective
action are implemented properly
To helping HSE manager for developing occupational health and safety systems, including policies, HSE Plan,
procedures and manuals
Preparing and keeping of all HSE related documents, such as Monthly HSE statics report, Method statement, Risk
assessment, Emergency response plan, Waste Management Plan, Accident & Incident report also investigation report,
Compliance report etc for internal and external purpose.
Conducting daily site visit to finding Hazardous working conditions and safety violation, Issuing non compliance report
and imposing penalty for continuous violations to the concerned contractor or employee
Establishing safety standards, policies delivering thorough the trainings. Conducting & Lead regular trainings for all
employees such as fire drills, emergency evacuation, heat stroke, safety induction, COSHH, toolbox talk and Job
specific safety training.
Conducting regular inspection to verify that the equipments machines and power tools are properly maintained and in
good working order, such as Tower cranes, Passenger hoist, Suspended platform cradle, Skid-steer loader, Fork
lift, Welding machine, Cutting machines to ensuring they meet safety regulations (following color coding system).
Making sure that all Machines, equipments, Operators and Riggers certificates are up to date at all times and keeping
records.
Ensuring that all safety equipments are calibrated and certified.
Making sure that all COSHH materials are stored and disposing properly.
Issuing PTW, closely monitoring the particular work and ensuring that all work activities are carried out in accordance
with established safety protocols. Maintaining a safe working environment and reducing the risk of accidents.
Identifying and testing working areas for potential accident and health hazards, such as toxic fumes and explosive gas
air mixtures, and implement appropriate control measures. Ensuring all confined space are safer for work.
Investigation of accidents & incidents, Root Cause Analysis and recommending remedial action and avoiding
reoccurrence.
Assist with the rehabilitation of workers after accidents or injuries and make sure they experience a satisfactory
return to work
Coordinating emergency procedures, coordinating regular inspection for fire fighting equipments (fire pump, fire
hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire water drums and smoke detectors).
Ensuring traffic management within the site and main road in case of heavy lifting such as replacement of generator,
dismantling of tower cranes, unloading of materials.
Communicating frequently with management to report on the status of the occupational health and safety
program.
Making sure that adequate supplies of approved safety equipments and PPE supplies are available at all times.
Assigning tasks, duties to other HSE team members and monitoring them.
Regularly Coordinating with the Site security supervisor and ensuring that all peoples, property and assets are
protected and kept in a safe and secure manner throughout the entire project.
Ensuring that personal protective equipment, such as safety footwear, safety helmets, safety, hand gloves, dust
masks and safety glasses, is being used in workplaces according to regulations
