To act as the focal point for project controls on the site and to integrate all project controls activities within the portfolio of projects undergoing delivery at site.
 Supervise a team of project controls practitioners including the planning and prioritizing of work, integration and review of project controls deliverables and project support.
 Closely work with Project Managers, Program Delivery Managers, Site Integration Managers to understand requirements and project controls priorities, providing advice and insight in support of project delivery.
 Analyze performance of projects and clearly communicate progress, issues, threats and opportunities based on project controls deliverables and insights.
 Manage and drive project baseline changes for projects within the supported site project portfolio, working with the change & baseline lead in Project Controls to plan and report on progress.
 Support the resolution of complex Early Warnings/Compensation Events across multidiscipline project teams, ensuring the outcomes are reflected in project controls products and progressed through change control where necessary.
 Responsible for supervision of project estimates, budgets, schedules, forecasts, trends, job costs, and progress reporting.
 Coordinate the monitoring and reporting requirements originating from project controls systems, activities ensuring that submission dates are met by the team and that insightful comment is included where appropriate.
 Responsible to develop and maintain KPI. Liaise with planning unit for development and maintenance of the project dashboard.
 Monthly Analyze project dashboard and reports. Perform analyses and examine performance variances. Proactively identify potential risks and issues, raise them to the appropriate Governing division and recommending actions.
 Analyses cost performance, trends and provides input into stewardship reports; Assesses contractor’s input and generate VOWD estimates; Assesses contractor’s performance and generate forecasts of VOWD and cash flow.
 Assists with client of the MOC process. Review Contractor’s change order proposals and implement it with regards to cost impact; Reconciles current forecasted cost and established project baselines.
 Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and provide timely inputs for preparation of monthly invoices.
 Liaise with Finance to establish a project cost control and reporting methodology.
 Periodically preparation of budget variance report (budgeted vs actual) & finding out reason for & filling the loop holes.
 Preparation, review and implementation of Recovery Program for planning & cost control.
 Capturing various costs based on Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) & Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
 Progress analysis using S-Curve generation both effort wise and cost wise.
 Resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment.
 Report generation on daily and weekly basis for the entire complex speaking on Achievements, Critical Issues, Schedule Analysis, Progress Analysis, Front Analysis, Equipment Analysis and Manpower Analysis.
 Selection of sub-contractors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.
