-Providing training to new clients for online trading platform MT5, FOREX markets, Indicies etc.

-Responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant strategies or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

-Strategic approaches to develop client trust to boost professional relationships and company's sales

-Direct interactions with clients throughout all phases of the training process.

-Follow up on existing clients on trading platform.

-Update of client's database with entry/exit - trading progress etc.

To invigilate exams associated with British Council-Kuwait
(PB IELTS, CDIELTS, IGCSE, GCSE, IAL, Professional exams - ACCA)
-supervise school exams held at allocated venues.
-invigilate school exams of various international examination boards (CAIE, EDEXCEL)
-To provide excellent customer service to students coming from different backgrounds.
-To work on an international level of education and team of professionals from outside Kuwait as well.

-To manage weekly activities for various age groups.
-To prepare and plan indoor and outdoor activities.
-To arrange and monitor day to day tasks.
-To update stock inventory, online schedules, online databases.
-To prepare and update social media platforms.
