" Highly creative and self-motivated with innovative ideas / concepts for increasing the transference of learning from a lower level to a higher level.
 Proactive in assessing learning and development needs and effectively aligning programmes with business objectives. Adept in translating employee development behaviours into high-impact learning designs and curriculum.
 Substantial knowledge in Initiating, developing & implementing Learning Management System and establishing eLearning and Blended Learning for all verticals of the organization.
 Developing new processes and transforming old ones at business unit level while addressing staffing, technology, operations, maintenance, and training requirements.
 Perform needs analysis and review organizational resources to ensure that learning and development resources exist or are developed to support learning needs based upon projected competencies.
 Providing Learning & Development Training Solutions in-line with business / growth objectives / initiatives i.e. assessing learning and development needs/programs, articulating, designing and implementing new project initiatives.
 Help devise course methods, media, and materials that are interactive and innovative in design and ensure regular updates.
 Liaising with key stakeholders to drive training & development initiatives including competency development, business growth and delivery metrics improvement.
 Accountable for making schedules and plans for training sessions to the professionals, incumbents & weak performers as per their needs & requirements.
 Working with management in the planning and evaluation processes of e-learning technologies, develop and implement the use of content and program assessments and support services evaluations.
 Motivate and lead a high performance team; develop & mentor direct reports to cultivate skills and to increase effective collaboration for better results across verticals and department.

Business Development & Project Management
 Identify new business opportunities order to maximize growth potential. Developing and managing accounts and providing support to ensure consistent satisfaction in business services delivered to client.
 Outstanding interpersonal & employee-relations skills with ability to teach improved communication, diversity skills, and to aid in efficient completion of work.
 Collaborating with various vendor partners like Skillsoft, Cornerstone OnDemand, Pearson English, to provide tailored solutions as per the client's needs.
 Maintain advisory/consultative relationships with people in subject-matter expert areas/centres of excellence that provide input to or deliver training and development.
 Deftly monitoring and scheduling the projects through different projects management techniques as well as develop team for proper execution of e-learning projects.
