Handle all email/telephone/SMS/face to face communication in a professional manner.
Performing general office procedures involving documentation preparation, travel arrangements and meetings
Book keeping of all the legal documents (e.g. Office permit, licenses and passports of all employees)
Manage the reception (keeping the front office neat and tidy at all times)
Preparing NOC & other Letters for travel and visas
On time Handling Visa, Tickets, Hotel and Airport transfers, Transportation as and when required
Scanning, printing and faxing documents
Maintaining the Office Stationary and Grocery.

Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Sending Order Confirmation or Order Acceptance to the customers thru e-mail.
Searching for new clients who could benefit from the products in a designated region

Implement the quality control procedures and plans
Develops and maintains quality standard
Review and approve inspection, test plans and quality control plans from contractors
Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control
Supervise the activities of the quality service providers and inspectors
Responsible for timely monitoring and weekly encoding of the usage in process
Responsible for the preparation and report in weekly SPC meetings
Maintaining the production target asset by their quality work
