I was a Staff Nurse assigned at the Operating Room. I perform the duties and responsibilities of both a Scrub and Ciculating Nurse.
For the first year of my employment I was assigned at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I took care of babies who were born prematurely and those babies that are severely ill. The next year until my last day of employment I was assigned at the operating room where I became both a scrub nurse and a circulating nurse.
