DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Monitoring of plant machinery and facility equipment.
• Responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance of machinery and facility equipment.
• Coordinate to the planner for the planning of maintenance work of the machine.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of drive equipment such as AC/DC drive motor, check the winding resistance, insulation resistance by using of megger, tightening of the terminal connection, replacement of carbon brush, cleaning of commutator and monitoring of motor current.
• Conduct calibrating of load cell for the materials and PT100 RDT sensors.
• Maintenance and Repair of electrical controls motor drives of Extrusion Machines.
• Responsible for doing Preventive Maintenance and repair of Extrusion controls, Monitoring Alarm Unit Heaters and Temperature sensor controller.
• Maintaining high efficiency of production machine and equipments by proper implementation of efficient maintenance method which most affect on achieving production output with standard quality and quantity.
• Capable of reading electrical control circuit diagram, electro-pneumatic and process instrument.
• Making intervention report after machine stoppage.
• Attending problem of all machine and facilities equipment which related failure of electrical system and operation.
• Making program of alarm system on facilities by the using of PLC control.
