• Responsible in planning and scheduling labourers/staffs visa processing, medical and other related matters concerning their employment visa. Coordinating with the company P.R.O.
• Organizing and maintaining paperwork along with the soft copies of the same. Takes care the travel arrangements and the arrivals of the newly hired staffs.
• Responsible in typing correspondence, reports and other documents related to Engineer’s and labourers. Keeping all the confidential files accordingly.
• Responsible in organizing the office, managing staffs requirements and running the office smoothly. Do the reception job as well if necessary.
• Responsible in processing security clearance for offshore, Travel card and medical for ADMA clearance optima card for offshore and ADGAS security clearance and travel pass.
• Updating Engineers in DAS Island Project and Borouge Project accordingly.
• Monitor the expiration of travel card and security pass of all labourers to avoid the delay of work.
• Maintaining all the records of labourers including updating and processing of Annual leave, emergency leave of the worker and staff and file-in 101-file.
• Checking and updating time sheets and send to the same to HR Manager for checking, and to Accounts for verification and to GM for approval.
• Responsible in preparing material requisition and forward to HR Manager for approval, and to document controller to purchase and send to Head Office for checking.
• Informing the person for his booking schedule and demobilize the labourer according to the engineer instruction.
• Aware in all the project and update the data in Excel sheet for demobilizing of the worker.
• Inform the HR Manager in all the system in the yard and in the site.
