- Collaborating with VMware partners such as EMC, Dell, HP, Equal logic, CISCO etc. to provide speedy resolutions to customers.

- The support is provided over the telephone and sometimes troubleshooting is done by remotely connecting to the customer’s computer which was escalated from tier 1 support level.
