* To design and manage annual budgets/P&l for Corporate Sales, Projects business units in line with organizational objectives.
• To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales expectations through the appropriate channels
• To recruit, lead and manage of team of 20 sales consultants for Corporate Sales, Projects and DG+ through 3-4 sales managers covering the whole of UAE.
• To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
• Ensure key clients are account managed and that all accounts are aware of the Sharaf DG bouquet of services.
• Have extensive knowledge of competitive scenario to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
• Establish the right sales management / account management practices within the team.
• Ensure adequate MIS is produced and used for business support reasons.
• To provide support and coaching to new team members within Sales Team
• Starting and managing Storage Solution Business Division
• Recruiting Sales, Presales & Postsales resources
• Doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc
• Manage CXO level relationship
• Manage Vendor relations
Spearheading responsibility for managing the gamut of operations pertaining to:
Solution Selling - (Enterprise - Dell Servers, Storage - Dell - EMC Dell Equallogic), Dell PCs, Notebooks, Microsoft, Symantec & Cisco.
Product Positioning, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Retention, Payment Collections
