• Carry out Random inspection in all areas of production like Cutting, Tempering, Coating, Insulated Glass Unit etc. and ensure that the inspection result meet the acceptance standards specified in the Quality Plan.
• Inward material inspection (stock sheets) and final goods inspection.
• Carry out inspection of sample and record their readings.
• Co-ordinate with production for the special projects and other non conformances
• To ensure that all measuring and monitoring devices are calibrated. If not, arrange for calibration in consolation with the QA / QC Manager.
• Instruct / Train the operators and ensure that the work instructions are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure that all workmen/operators are aware of the quality requirements in their respective field.
• Visiting customer site or factory to inspect the units based on the customer complaints.
