Where my core role is Training & Development; Identification of Training Needs, Collaborate with Functional Heads to strategies the Training Plan, Creation & development of Training content & Training delivery for Pan India. I handle Leadership Development Programs, and Professional Development Programs for Corporate staff, Sales force Development Programs (B2B & B2C), and Product training. Measurement of Training Effectiveness, work closely with the stake holders to design development programs for employees in synchronization to their annual goals and development plans. Other added responsibilities involve Employee Engagement, Event Management, Campus Hiring, New Employee Orientation & Training, creation & maintenance of HR & Training policies, procedures & guidelines for Pan India.
I joined CMC Limited (now TCS), Bangalore in 2010 as an Asst. Manager - Education & Training, but in the roles of a (Project Manager) Regional Business Owner to manage & deliver Corporate & Government Training Projects for Karnataka region.
