• monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends including managing working capital;

• Reviewing the actual data, forecast and providing guidance to the entities with respective analysis.
• Monthly, quarterly review with EMEA.
• Preparation of all kinds of reports and analysis for the top management.
• Preparation of financial statements for Regional office and getting the audit done.
• Guiding / Training / coordinating with entity finance department, for all problem solving.
• Improving / upgrading existing system / process for better visibility, bringing effectiveness.
• Coordinating with entities for rolling up of new projects / Capex (SAP implementation).
• Implementing all instruction received from EMEA at the entities level.
• Responsibility for the month closing and reporting
• Monthly management pack preparation (Monthly business report, Cash flows, Trend and comparative analysis for payables, receivable, expenses)
• Line of Business wise Gross Margin preparation & analysis
• Preparation of weekly forecast, comparison with month end actual and variance analysis
• Preparation of Budget, Forecast and short/long term planning
• Gain a strong understanding of the SAP system
• Assisting in monthly closing of accounts
• Preparation of budget, short & long term plan, differential analysis
• Preparation of MIS
