• Work closely with the Project Directors: representing PEC at meetings and events.
• Assisting the Project Directors on all aspects of event organization. This includes in maintaining records and information related to Finance, Operation and Administration for the set project.
• Prepare routine correspondence at own initiative; assemble data for reports; research information towards strategic decision.
• Participating in the events promotion, coordinating preparation and delivery of the event related collaterals.
• Assist in doing floor plan i.e. allocating stands for right dimensions, updating, and plotting.
• Follow up project timeline with the different departments ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assists in contacting and sorting new Media Partners and maintain communication with them for the event promotion.
• Assist in doing sales for the set project; telemarketing previous exhibitors, potentials and to attend sales meetings.

• Provides administrative support to human resources function.
• Performs recruitment activities, interviews, and evaluates candidates for select positions.
• Coordinating with PRO from preparing, updating and organizing legal documents such as Company Registration, Municipality License, etc.

• Assigned in Adult English Literacy Program by ROTA coordinating with Ashghal, CH2M Hill and CHEC (China Harbour Engineering Company).
• Conduct Basic level English classes to workers & engineers of CHEC for an 8 weeks program; supporting them to achieve personal goals and enhance opportunities.
