To be ensure all TRA - (Task Risk Analysis) to be updated before starting any construction activity.
Ensure all crew member and filed supervision perform work in a safe manner and follow established safe work practices and
protocols.
Offshore of largest sour gas project contributing self -sufficient and transition to a potential gas exporter, Dredging land Reclamation
including marine construction work of the Ghasha concession of 10 no’s of Artificial Island Client ADNOC - Abu Dhabi.
Role:
Framed short & long-term strategies and project plans for creating project operations, monitoring construction activities as per
design & drawing, & construction materials quality
Project work include Off shore Field of ECW work package, Construction of Holding Pond, Excess Boat jetty, Davit crane installation,
Quay wall jetty, RORO Ramp, including Marine furniture installation
Reviewed project inception plan & created a systematic layout on quantifiable parameters including estimation of take-off costs,
analysing project constructability, project buy-out, scopes of work, sub-contracting requirements, project profitability and
scheduling
Drove strategic & enterprise level assessment of project volume impacts focusing on financial impact & understanding of
operational pressures
Defined project objectives and plans, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements and
creating a detailed project planning schedule
Created preliminary estimation, detailed project material and cost breakdown, budget estimation and other related estimations
Collaborated with Engineers & Subcontractors to ensure synergy at all levels ensuring smooth and efficient management of all
project operations
Maintained necessary records at site of project detailed breakdowns & quotation preparation, and labour & drawing register
