Preparing and compiling Budget reports, Stock inventory, Brew Gear, In-flight, Consolidation/Validation, Welfare, Leaves and Overtime

Working on SAP ( SRM, CAFM, ME2J, PORTAL)
Responsible for HR Dept - (online visa application, renewals, cancellation etc.).
Arrange Accommodation, Transportation and Food for new joiners.
Updating Employees database and keeping the records in the respective files.
Creates and maintains reports and records, such as recommendation for solution of administrative problems, fin applications, reports, and administrative orders. Maintains arranges and files for easy retrieves, storage or reproduce records, documents and reports.
Prepares and reviews agenda materials.
Understands and translates administrative and operating procedures and policies.
Plans meetings and/or conferences and travel.
