Service Delivery responsible for managing a number of off and on-site teams, including a number of Client Directors, delivering operational and service excellence, optimization and improvement to our customers across the world.

Contracted service delivery covers all types of recruitment - temporary, permanent, volume, professional, master vendor, MSP, RPO and unique-to-client service provision. Services delivered in both a matrix-management structure with associated shared service model, or with autonomous delivery and full contract ownership and customer relationship under my management structure. Contracts delivered using proprietary, independent or customer-led technology solutions.

Fully accountable and responsible for end-to-end service provision to customers, P&L, headcount and operational performance.

Key Responsibility Areas:
* Responsible to Conceptualize, implement & improve the entire people practice chain, from manpower planning, sourcing, hiring, compensating, inducting, goal-setting, training, performing, motivating, rewarding, retaining & celebrating.

• Responsible for hiring globally and specially for the places like: Africa, US, UK, Latin America, Indonesia, Singapore and Paris.

➢ Induction: * Design and Conduct sessions on Corporate Etiquettes for the new joinees

➢ Training and Development: * Organize technical as well as behavioral training programs for trainees as well as lateral recruits
* Organize training programs and liaison with trainers
* Coordinate the program
* Gather feedback
* Evaluation / Impact analysis of the training

➢ Employee Relationship: * Ensure timely appraisals and confirmations
* Visit training centers at regular intervals during training
* Keep communication live with selected candidates

➢ Strategy and Planning: * Analysis and monitoring of industry compensation trends, cost per hire, channel efficiencies, recruiter productivity and augment the hiring plan with these Budgeting and a art of Business development team.
* Market scanning for future skill sets, tools/processes and building-in market intelligence into the plan.
