Provide skill developement training for the supervisor's
Conduct routine and random visit to all catering, Restaurant locations & cafeteria in star hotels and ensure that the
implementation of Food Hygiene Policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
Responsible for all regulatory, Food Safety, Health Safety and environmental aspects related to the Organisation,
establish relationships and liaise with clients and subcontractors.
Conduct HACCP, Safe Food Safety Management and QHSE Training to all staffs.
Conduct Vendor/Supplier Audits according to the regulatory requirement.
Inspect good receive to make sure the item is delivered with high quality and proper temperature.
Inspection of preparation & processing in the kitchen to make sure GHP is followed.
Follow up on critical control point system in HACCP.
Investigate any Food Hygiene related complaints and Customer Complaint Closure with proper CA and PA.
Analysis carried out in raw meat, raw poultry, raw fish, foods, water, ice and swab for the microbiological analysis
as per Dubai Municipality Criteria.
Update Management on QHSE related matters on a daily basis & MIS on monthly basis to recommend required
changes to enhance the food hygiene systems.
Incident reporting, investigation and closure.
Participates in resolving supplier related complaints/issues highlighted from operations.
Meeting with clients and liaising on different ways to improve and implement standards.
IMS Document updation (ISO 9001:2008 + ISO 14001:2004 + OHSAS 18001:2007 + ISO 22000:2005 + HACCP
SYSTEMS.
• Planned, administered and reviewed research and development activities of the organization • Co ordinate research projects based on the topic nanoparticles synthesis, antimicrobial activity and its application in food packaging materials • Handled the tasks of formulating the strategies and policies of research and development • Supervised and monitored academic projects of B Tech Food Technology students. • Handled the responsibilities of publishing the results of significant research projects • Played important role in major research projects and coordinate in the activities of research workers • Monitored costs and effectiveness of research and development activities of the organization • Provided advice on research and development options available in the organization
