Responsibilities:
• Work closely with sales team to promote RBs products
• Responsible for turnover of 1+(Crores) per month in Mysore and Mangalore territories.
• Prepare Daily and Weekly summary reports to analyse agent and territory performance against budget and targets.
• Plan and co-ordinate with vendors and manage their investment strategy to maximise ROI.
• Ensure products are supplied from vendors against set deadlines and schedules.
• Co-ordinate with various departments to increase efficiency and improve performance of sales personnel through training and innovative sales approach.
