Position: IT Support

Provide telephone and in-person support to over 100 end users, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting hardware, software, and network related technical issues.
 Install operating systems, software, antivirus and patches
 Administered repairs, upgrades and completed configuration of PC's and related peripherals.
 Installation and configuration of network Printers  Outlook configurations and support.
 Maintaining IT inventory
 Monitoring all LAN & WAN links servers etc.
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 Setting up video conference and CISCO meetings

Job Responsibilities:

• Installations & supporting and managing all the software and hardware
• Responsible for training and support for users with multi-protocol supporting Windows xp, vista and win 7 systems
• Responsible for daily assigning tasks to PC specialist for troubleshooting of employee computers Orchestrated system backups and recovery on a daily.
• Provide day-today support for end users.
• Company-wide computer upgrades, monitored computer performance, and coordinated maintenance of all equipments hardware & software.
• Configuring and installing all new Computer hardware and software
• Installation and Configuring MS-Outlook
• Installing and configuring Clients in the domain and Configuring Domain Authentications
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting network and shared printer

Job Responsibilities:
• Installing Windows XP, Win7 and server 2008
• Configuring client pc to domain
• Installing and troubleshooting solver hospital software
• Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer and network issues
• Taking daily backup from SQL server
• Reindexing sql data on routine basis
• Configuring and maintaining finger print terminal system
• Assisting claims department for processing claims to insurance companies

Job Responsibilities:
• Creation of problem management and Incident Management tickets through Remedy ticketing system and escalating the issues to the correct team with appropriate priority.
• Handling Transfer/migration user accounts,
• Configuration and troubleshooting Microsoft outlook
• Troubleshooting Account Lockout issues & Troubleshooting for all virus issues.
• Handling day-to-day troubleshooting software problems.
• Software packages installation, upgrading and maintenance & monitoring system performance.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Cisco VPN client, Connected Data Protector, Credant, Altris etc.
• Installation and configuration of network printers
