Position: IT Support
Provide telephone and in-person support to over 100 end users, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting hardware, software, and network related technical issues.
Install operating systems, software, antivirus and patches
Administered repairs, upgrades and completed configuration of PC's and related peripherals.
Installation and configuration of network Printers Outlook configurations and support.
Maintaining IT inventory
Monitoring all LAN & WAN links servers etc.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Setting up video conference and CISCO meetings
Job Responsibilities:
• Installations & supporting and managing all the software and hardware
• Responsible for training and support for users with multi-protocol supporting Windows xp, vista and win 7 systems
• Responsible for daily assigning tasks to PC specialist for troubleshooting of employee computers Orchestrated system backups and recovery on a daily.
• Provide day-today support for end users.
• Company-wide computer upgrades, monitored computer performance, and coordinated maintenance of all equipments hardware & software.
• Configuring and installing all new Computer hardware and software
• Installation and Configuring MS-Outlook
• Installing and configuring Clients in the domain and Configuring Domain Authentications
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting network and shared printer

• Installing Windows XP, Win7 and server 2008

• Troubleshooting Account Lockout issues & Troubleshooting for all virus issues.
• Handling day-to-day troubleshooting software problems.
• Software packages installation, upgrading and maintenance & monitoring system performance.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Cisco VPN client, Connected Data Protector, Credant, Altris etc.
