As a Senior support consultant my main responsibilities are as follows:
 Training new members joining the team.
 Mentoring and guiding trained engineers with Project implementation.
 Accountable for on-site projects, preventive maintenance and rendering support for softwares including POS systems & Restaurant management softwares for major 5 Star hotels all over the Middle East.
 Providing level-2 support to clients to ensure that the problem is solved with minimum downtime.
Looking after the whole suite of hospitality software available with the company.
 Implementation of application at client site
 Installation and configuration of touch screen machines, network printers, PDA’s, Equinox Boxes
 Configuring Virtual terminals and Virtual machines
 Interfacing of the software with other software already installed at the property
 End User Training and Go Live activity
 Supporting existing client base, coordinating with property IT Manager during system audits
