 Responsible to carry out day to day progress inspection of site works in terms of Work Safety-HSE, the Quality of works (QA/QC), and the on-going and/or completed works of the contractor based on the RFI raised.
 Inspection of work Site for Taking over & Handing over.
 Responsible for the supervision and monitoring various Track related construction such as Track Slab construction, the Rail (LWR & CWR) and Fasteners installation, the FBW and AT Welding activities, the Turnouts Installation, Bumping Post and Derailers installation, and other related track work activities.
 Assist RE or QA/QC Manager in reviewing documentations submitted by the contractors, such as Construction Work Plan, Construction Drawings, Method Statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
 Witness qualification of processes, and products as required by the contract.
 Assist RE to identify and evaluate technical/logistical issues, raise NCR as necessary, provide technical recommendations and solutions in order to maintain the schedule.
 Assisting RE or QA/QC Manager to produce records, monitors, review, and certify works as claimed by the contractors for billing requirements.
 Ensure sub-contractors/suppliers conform to Project specification/Standard requirements.
 Liaise with the Contractor’s Representative and Manager(s) for Project QA requirements.
 Directly report to the QA/QC Manager, Contractor’s Representative, on the performance of the Quality Plan, including needs for improvement.
 Raising Non-Conformance Reports if Required.

Worked in AL-AYUNI INVESTEMENT AND CONTRACTING in Railway sector as QUALITY ENGINEER as of from December 2015 to May 2017.
Experience in
 Understanding and interpreting track and civil designs.
 Familiar with Track components like, Rail, Fastening System, Turnouts Check Rails.
 Knowledge in preparation of Method Statements for Construction of Trackwork & Conductor Rail/3rd Rail.
 Preparation of Documents required for RFI/ IRE process.
 Managing materials like ordering as per designs, Stock piling and shifting to location where it required.
 Good understanding about special specifications.
 Personal Track Safety (PTS) trained from SAR (Saudi Arabian Railway).
 Creating documents of Operational management for train movements.
