Basically looking after primary and secondary sales with everyday tracking and implementing right set of schemes and discounts on different SKU’s with seniors consent and approval, timely claim settlements of distributors and Super stockiest. Implementing successfully all the systems and processes like CRS( continuous replenishment system) and SAMNA (Sales Automation Management for New Age).Controlling Stales and discounts by weekly analysis category wise. Handling a Team of 16 PSR's and 3 Distributors servicing to approx 2500 outlets in the assigned territory with a monthly turnover of approx 7500000 INR.
