Responsible for Digital Performance Marketing and E-Commerce for JA Resorts & Hotel’s 7 properties spread across Dubai, Maldives & Seychelles along with all its F&B outlets and Fitness & Leisure division.

- Strategic management of driving revenues through Brand.com with a heavy focus on shifting business from OTA platforms.
- Developing strategies and execution of Digital Performance Marketing activities such as PPC, Display Marketing, Re-targeting, Meta Search on Google, Trivago & TripAdvisor, Affiliate Marketing across all Google, Bing & Facebook platforms. In addition to this also manage Email Communications to our B2B partners and B2C audience across Europe, GCC, CIS and China.
- Management of Joint Marketing Campaigns and Travel Ads on Expedia & Hotels.com
- Website & content management of JA Resorts & Hotels. With a clear focus on driving business through brand.com. Successfully driven increase in revenue on brand.com by 45% YoY growth.
- Work closely with the respective property Revenue Team to manage inventories and drive higher ADRs through brand.com
- Driving personalized user experience through Digital Consumer Experience platform by Progress - Sitefinity and implementation of new SynXis Booking Engine by Sabre.
- Successfully implemented and launched the website into Arabic, Russian, Chinese & German language to aid the customer journey and personalization of content to improve user experience. This impacted in overall increase in traffic to the website and booking engine with an increase in conversion ratio by 43% YoY.
- Managing SEO activities to increase the organic ranking of the brand keyword which resulted in increase in quality traffic and returning visitors. Growing the revenue by 50% via organic traffic on brand.com
- Driving brand strategies through social media management via Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn and through Chinese platforms - Weibo & WeChat.
- Development and implementation of Influencer strategy and work very closely with DTCM on hosting their influencers to promote Dubai as a destination. Hence leveraging on such key associations to increase the brand’s online presence.
- Partnering and successful integration of leading Hospitality Brands - Preferred Hotels & Resorts and Global Hotel Alliance (GHA). Migrating all our loyalty programmes onto the GHA platform. With a key focus on signing up members and leverage via such a strategic partnership.
