Job Responsibilities:
• Revise and enhance existing templates, including interview confirmation, evaluation forms, regret letters, and candidate information sheets.
• Lead the redesign of the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement a unique job code system for vacancies to streamline tracking and management.
• Conduct comprehensive security and background checks for all candidates.
• Stay abreast of digital transformation trends and integrate them into recruitment practices to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and SAP to facilitate smooth recruitment operations.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Analyze results of psychometric assessments to inform hiring decisions and optimize team composition.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure their requirements and hiring process.
