Follow up on the
work of case management team and the adequate delivery of
MHPSS services in the area. Ensure that MH case
management services in the area run according to protocol,
program development and project indicators. Make sure that
all necessary forms and questionnaires such as the social
assessment forms, care-plans among others are filled and
kept updated. Keep track of beneficiaries’ numbers/cases
through IMC outpatient records, and submit narrative
reports collected from the field teams. Submit minutes of
meetings that take place in the area. Conduct with the HR team interviews and provide orientation sessions for new
recruited staff. Provide technical support based on the
team’s needs through meetings and field visits. Build
capacities of PHCCs’ staff to ensure a good implementation
of the mental health integration project. Attend MHPSS
coordination meetings and collaborate with the management
and technical team to promote the services. Represent IMC
in meetings and workshops with other MHPSS actors.
