Management of four laboratories for Quality control (20 employees)
• Controlled the quality of raw materials and bulk products to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Championed internally the importance of quality for customer loyalty, cost reduction and production yield improvement
• Implemented internal communication and reporting tools: Dashboard, daily 15 minutes meeting, monthly meetings
• Collaborated with procurement and logistics in order to optimize inventory management from raw material to bulk products
• Put in place quality processes: Internal audits, competitive benchmark, follow-up and implementation of latest advances in quality improvement (trained 50 colleagues on the new norm BPF ISO 22716 )
• Achievements:
o Increased by 7% the First pass yield
o Inventory management: Reduced by 60% the destruction of raw materials
o Reduced by 48h the delay of quality control (Capital investment of 100 K€)

Implemented a new system for quality control based on Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Trained 30 technicians on the new SPC method & led the corrective actions on production lines
