- Implement the social media plan for different clients from different industries - Manage a Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company (using online Social Networks) - Regularly feed back insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion. - Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications.

- Calling users to confirm their subscription asking for their e-mail addresses.
- Calling old subscribers in order to do a web based survey with them, in order to rate Kuwaiti companies by multiple criteria.

- Answering telephone and either responding to inquiry, directing caller to appropriate personnel, or initiating a triage slip for response by medical personnel.
- Scheduling appointments and entering appointment date and time into computerized scheduler with a high rate of accuracy.
- Providing exemplary customer service; treating patients and co-workers with courtesy and discretion. Greeting and directing patients, salespeople, and visitors.
- Registering patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate. Making appropriate changes in computer system and on patient's chart.
- Entering confidential personal health information and financial information into computerized system with a high rate of accuracy. Complying with federal and local laws in ensuring patient privacy.
- Collecting payment from patients, applying payments and adjustments to patient accounts in the computer system, and reconciling daily cash reports.
- Reviewing medical records for completeness, assembling records into standard order, and filing records in designated areas according to applicable alphabetic and numeric filing systems.
- Organizing and maintaining a filing system for patient charts, including generating chart numbers, filing, and pulling charts.

- Supervising and participating in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food and service.
- Training workers in service and safety procedures.
- Observing and evaluating the economy of the city to reach the customers good quality of food with a low price having a suitable profit.
- Commercial designing, which is the starting point for every business.
