South West Architecture (SWA) is a consulting firm that specializes in Master planning, design, supervision and administration of engineering projects across broad range of markets.
I am working as Senior Architectural Draftsman, reporting directly to Head Of Dept.
Duties and Responsibilities are the followings.
Preparing Architectural DC1 Drawings. (Site Plan, Master Ground Plan, Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations etc.) Preparing Architectural DC2 Drawings, (Site Plan, M. Ground Plan, Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, Wall Sections, Schedule of Doors & Windows, Schedule of Finishes, Reflected Ceiling, Area Statements, : Details of Stairs, Elevators, Ground Works, Roofs, Finishes, Toilets etc. Preparing Tender Drawings (Preparation of DC2 Enlargements) Preparing of Construction Drawings. Preparing Design Drawings as per Architect’s Sketches. Coordinating the shop drawings given by Contractors. Assist Architects to check the As Built Drawings. Material Quantity taking. Plot Jobs.
