AREAS OF PARTICULAR EXPERTISE:
o Design review and approval of various IFC packages on behalf of Client (as Client representative for Supreme committee for Delivery & Legacy) for the Design and built PMC project - Education city stadium Future Schools.
o Maintain continuous alignment of project scope, specifications and approved design with strategic objectives and make recommendations to modify to enhance effectiveness.
o Identify the critical issues which are missed in the design development and propose solutions to tackle the issue.

o Spearhead the teamwork, planning the weekly work assignment for team members, Project schedules, WBS and Project plan.
o Oversee the design process using technical expertise and management skills.
o Client co-ordination and project direction to proceed in work. Communicate effectively with clients, end-users, and contractors.
o Addressing escalated issues in client meetings and handle documents likes RFIs, RFAs, MoU Authority letters, MoMs, VRs, RFPs etc in the Design & Built projects.
o Attend weekly progress meeting with clients and manage internal technical resources to meet work pressure efficiently.
o Review and Approve the output by the team prior to client/authority submission. Directed the production of architectural presentations, DD drawings, IFC packages, Tender drawings, As-built drawings (for heritage projects) etc.
o Co-ordination among various disciplines like MEP, Structural and Architectural; and interdisciplinary check of drawing outputs at each stage.
o Co-ordinate Authority approval process and review drawings and documents (DC1, DC2, LSP, TIS, Utilities etc.) prepared in-line with Building regulation and procedures as per Qatar Building permit system.
o Enact and manage the Changes/Variations in design under close consultation with potential stakeholders.
o Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of Design team and the project, to complete promptly and successfully.
AREAS OF PARTICULAR EXPERTISE:
o Thorough knowledge of SoWs for the project and avoid Scope creek in design development stages.
o Spearheading architectural designs and presentations; ensure design integrity, compliance with codes and architectural specifications, and timely completion.
o Oversee preparation of design drawings (SD, DD & IFC) specific to the instructions outlined in the construction documents at various stages.
o Review the production of detailed design drawings by the team and make necessary changes. Help and educate the team to develop specific technical details in design.
o Stakeholder management; Monitor the design development and project progress to meet with project scope and scheduled timeline.
AREAS OF PARTICULAR EXPERTISE:
o Develop design concepts and drawings for interior fit out.
o Develop presentation packages for pre-tendering as per client requirements.
o Monitor the team and architectural design programme development.
o Foresee the design process to ensure the adherence to schedule and project design standards, hence to achieve target dates with assured quality.
o Review and approval of the shop drawings by sub-contractors for interior fit out, in compliance to approved details and specifications.
o Co-ordination among various disciplines like MEP, Structural and Architectural; and interdisciplinary check of drawing outputs at each stage.
o Routine site check to comply the design and quality of work; and develop technical details wherever required as per site execution.
o Tracking the sub-contractors to execute the submissions and execution on time as per schedule and follow up to the procurement department for payments and delivery to achieve the schedule.
o Prepare Close out documents and As-built drawings for handover procedures.

o Tender evaluation (Commercial + Technical) and preparing comparative study.
o Prepare Technical Architectural Specifications for various projects as per QCS.
