Work Profile:
• Responsible for all type of Billing, Handling Cash in Cash Counter.
• Handling necessary Insurance Approvals for the Patients.
• To complete billing procedures/insurance formalities and inform the patient the
total bill amount.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning,
faxing and copying to management
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• Perform data entry and scan documents.
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
• prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos
and emails
• Maintain office supplies for department, and customer records by updating account
information.
• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions,
suggesting information about different packages and services.
