Channels represent the Trade office of the State of Pennsylvania and The Eastern Trade Council (comprised of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Rhodes Island, Vermont and Puerto Rico) across the Arab gulf region. In this capacity, Channels' International trade team works on projects from diverse industries such as advanced manufacturing & technology, healthcare, food & beverages and sustainable energy, among many others.

Responsibilities:

Project Management and Research
• To co-ordinate and manage research tasks for projects of varying complexity either independently or as part of a team.
• To set timetables, monitor progress and suggest appropriate actions when timetabling problems arise.
• Communicating with clients to understand and document their business objectives and answering queries.
• Processing and analyzing raw data into reports for senior managers.
• Preparing reports of findings containing actionable recommendations.
• Responsible for the development of client reports on current trends.

Presentation and Report Writing
• To be able to produce high quality and accurate research reports.
• Collecting and analyzing data on specified industries to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Making sure that methods of data collection are effectively and accurate.
• Designing effective questionnaires based on activity objectives and market knowledge.
• Assisting in the development of market entry strategies, business plans, and research reports.

Client Relationship
• Providing information to help US based companies find appropriate business partners in the region.
• Assisting in organizing trade missions, trade delegations, events and networking receptions.
• Work with external data suppliers regarding data accuracy and integrity.

Financial Management
• To monitor costs and authorize invoices, highlight and discuss any possible discrepancies between budgeted and actual days spent (or likely to be spent) on different project tasks with more senior staff.

Organisational Management
• To make contribution to Channels’ policy and strategic decisions mainly through participation in committees and working group.
• To ensure all reporting and management requests are accurate and delivered on time.

• Was able to get the Job in Dubai within 10 days of visit without any personal contacts and reference.
• Without any prior experience in Dubai as well in this field was able to rapidly adjust in the company and within couple of days itself was handed over some clients which was new experiment, and was successful enough in completion the clients work in the given time frame.
• In the first month itself was able to achieve the sales target and was able to bring in new foreign clients from Netherlands and UK.
• Successfully providing Operations cover as well the Sales Assistance in the absence of Senior Manager.
• Within a short span have understood the working in the Immigration, Labor and DED which is a very handy experience in UAE.
• Managing Portfolio of International Clients .
• Took the initiative to establish a relationship with RAK Free Zone and was able get the company the status of a “ Registered Agent” In RAK FTZ.

Have worked as an Analyst is handling the database as well the auditing & Compliance of an Australian client Telstra according to the policies and procedures set which was the biggest account in the whole department having more than 10, 000 sites.

Responsibilities:

Database Management
• Maintaining accurate account information (both database and financial) based on various legal documents such as lease agreement, certificate of title, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining client account portfolio for a global Lease Administration account.
• Managing the transition of account by providing account supervision and ongoing management.

Financial & Vendor Management
• Monthly responsibility includes Auditing the Rentals of the sites.
• Receiving and validating invoices for fixed charges (per the lease) against lease documents. Coordination and Follow up with the leasing Team in Australia.
• Contacting landlords directly in case of discrepancy in the invoice and lease amounts.
• Closely follow the clearing of payments via OVLA System.

Reporting & Compliance
• Provide ongoing services such as performing audit process, monthly reports and maintaining work flow trackers.
• Creating the monthly transaction progress report to be distributed to the wider project team across all regions.
• Abstraction of the Lease Documents

Transition
• Working on transition of the database account into a financial account for APAC region..
• Worked on Taxation and legal perspective for the Client.
• Contacting IFM teams across the region to understand the current payment processed being followed across the APAC region.
• Preparing and sending rent questionnaire document to source information from the IFM leads.

• Joined the company through campus placement thus taking up my First job.
• Youngest member in the Lease Administration Department India operations.
• Was hired in a Job which required 3 Years of Work experience.
• Is the First ever Fresher recruit in the whole Department which includes Team from APAC region, Middle East region, Americas, as well in Singapore as this Job required past experience though was the only person who got selected and have performed till now as per the company’s expectations.
• Was working in a very critical Position where Zero Percent error is mandatory as the job involved the Rentals needed to be paid from our end.
• Was able quickly adapt and learn the whole system which was also appreciated by our Business head as well the Client also.
• Have mastered in MS Office especially Excel, word.
