In-charge of the complete HR and Recruitment function for the North Gate Mall project of HLG. Focal point of contact for any HR or Recruitment function in the project consisting of more than 200 staff and 1800 skilled labours.

• Recruitment Transformation - Formulated the recruitment process in order to ensure the company obtains the best qualified candidates to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Formulated new Induction process - Redesign of previous induction process by introducing an induction manual which ensures all new staff are inducted following a formulated on- boarding process in order to ensure smooth assimilation into HLG and to quickly grasp the culture and operation of the business.
