• Assign Team for Projects and upon Service Requests for Site visits.
• Strong knowledge of IoT protocol like MQTT.
• Remote Rectification of Issues reported as a first step of troubleshooting process.
• First Level Technical Support for the Maintenance Team for issue identification and rectification.
• Ensure Timely Response on the updates of works carried out are sent to the client after each visit.
• Coordination with Sales Team to identify requirement and assign team required to carry out site visits.
• Ensure to maintain a list of Suppliers/Principals for procurement of materials required for AMC Services
• Carry out value engineering and provide approvals for selection of materials and order placement.
• Ensure all RFIs to suppliers/ principals are sent as a document with references.
• Solution Design and preparation of Bill of Materials for RFPs/Tenders/enquiries.
• Review quotations/proposals for submissions to the client.
• Work closely with the Client to ensure all requests has been addressed.
• Attend meetings with the client on monthly/weekly basis as per the agreement with the client.
• Planning and allocating the resources for smooth operation of project.
• Attending meetings with consultant for variation jobs during the project period.
• Prioritizing the work according to the site condition and client/main contractor/consultant requirements.
• Installation, Pre-commissioning and commissioning of the lighting fixture as per the site condition and approved drawings.
• Show lighting site manager for 4 assets of Warner Bros theme park.
• Close coordination with consultants, contractor and sub-contractors.
• Attending site coordination meetings and site walks.
Commissioning of all security systems like
1) Security and access control system
2) CCTV
3) video intercom system
4)audio intercom system
5)ANPR system
6) Public address system
7) UVSS system etc.
Currently working as a Project Engineer . I am taking care of the Building Management System, CCTV, Access Control system installation, Testing and Commissioning of the ELV Systems with the use of a software frame work called Niagara Ax. Responsible for the timely handover of the projects to the client,
