Key Accountabilities:
• Lead the Consultants and contractors to extend project’s capacity and capabilities according to the client’s directives, targeting to develop a safe, secure, efficient and environmentally friendly project.
• Improve efficiency, optimizing existing facilities for short term goals.
• Plan for major developments and long- term growth, holding the highest professional aviation standards, involving the key persons such as Stakeholders, Users, Managers, Operators, MOT and all Authorities Having Jurisdiction at the earliest stage of the program.
• Full responsibility for all installation, testing, integration and delivery of IT network systems.
• Design and Engineering reviews of related ICT documentation (Design, testing and Commissioning scripts performance tests, Integration).
• Responsibility for the review of airport security systems and methodologies proposed by the special airport systems vendors and contractor.
• Assessment of all proposed special airport systems in coordination with stakeholders and airport operators.
• Part of the tender commmitte to prepare, review and approve the tender as per the Client Requirements.
• Review and approval of Special Airport Systems design documents including specifications, design reports, IFCs, Material Engineering submittlas, High level and low-level designs, shop drawings, method statements, Interface and integration documents, interface verification test procedures, inspection Tests procedures, material inspection requests, Site installation Mockups, Security Systems Performance tests, Endurance Test and site acceptance test.
• Prepare and provide weekly and Monthly Progress reports.
• Lead and prepare SAS systems Minutes of meeting and followup for actions to close the items.
• Understand and validate security systems connectivity campus wide from fiber prespective and head end connectivity with security perifieral systems.
• Lead a team of 150 and execute supply, installation, testing and commissioning, Integration of Specialised Airports Systems at Dubai World Central - Passenger Terminal Building Expansion.
• Manage projects through the entire lifecycle from initiation to close-out fulfilling delivery, cost and scope objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure approval of engineering deliverables (Technical design, Method Statement, Inspection requests) are done in accordance with program schedule, in compliant to employer requirement and with a high level of quality.
• Experienced in working as supervising consultant for Air Traffic Management Systems, Aeronautical Billing systems, Crash Fire Rescue systems for Muscat & Salalah Airport.
• Implement HILL engineering processes in order to improve the efficiency and quality of engineering deliverables approval process.
• Co-ordinate with Contracts/Commercial team for REI preparation pertaining to Airport systems.
• Perform Site Survey and prepare site reports weekly basis and formally forward to PMC.
• Ensure Field Installations and Testing & Commissioning is done as per employer requirement & approved Method statement for installations, T & C.
• Participate and Verify Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) as per Engineer Approved SAT procedure document and also ensure that all the Engineer’s Observation comments raised during FAT has been resolved and implemented prior to SAT.
• Participate and verify that Site Inspections are done as per approved document compliant with specification and satisfying OES standards.
• Attending Weekly Coordination meeting with PMC/Client, main Contractor. Participating in workshop meetings with various other Contractors & Packages involved in the Project.
• Coordination with Suppliers & Stakeholders for approval of Material submissions, Equipment selections etc.
• Support the interface team through system reviews and ensure interface/Integration related issues are resolved.
• Ensure during Closeout all the Engineer’s comment is been incorporated for final handing over of the system to Stakeholder.
• Develop a good working relationship within HILL team and the customer /PMC team.

Job Profile:
Leading a Engineering & CAD team for preparation of Shop drawings from tender drawings.
Motivating the team & ensuring timely completion of various scheduled activities. Prepare the necessary technical documentation for submittal to the Engineer.
Manage the Sub-System requirements and conformance of the delivered system to these requirements.
Perform the necessary design activities in conjunction with the System Subcontractor(s).
Support the Master Integration activity through system reviews, clear ICD definitions and detailed Test Plans.
Provide support to the Construction Department and Field Engineering to resolve Technical queries and resultant field changes.
Coordinate with other SAS systems for the successful integration of the Sub-System including the existing Systems in T3/C2 Dubai Airport.
Plan and Support the test activities associated with the Sub-System.
Maintain and Report Engineering KPIs to the EM.
Participate in internal and customer technical meetings.
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
Ensure delivery of Engineering deliverables (technical design, ICDs, Method Statements...) in accordance with Program Schedule, compliant to employer requirement and with a high level of quality.

Verifying contract documents like drawings, specification and bill of quantities and contact suppliers and request for quotations.
Detailed Engineering involving preparation of verification of lighting design, installation details, lux level calculations, voltage drop calculations, Schematic diagrams, various proposals for consultant.

Provide Technical and logistic support to the site engineer’s and technician’s.
To ensure compliance of all project safety issues in co-ordination with the safety.
Managing the identification, rationalization and closure of system interfaces and MEP co-ordination between Internal SAS packages in line with agreed processes.
Establish rules of commonality & consistency across the packages for interface management, and sign off.
Monitor and manage the technical query process, SCR inbound and outbound and escalation with the Consultant/Engineer and DCA.
