* Investigating and providing guidance on employee relations issues through progressive disciplinary process.
* Documentation of reports with regards to PF, ESIC, etc.
* Organizing employee engagement programs, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs.
* Absenteeism tracking and showcase letter issue to workers and staff for absenteeism.
* Responsible for development, coordination and presentation of training programs for employees.
* Keep current update with employment law and HR regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.
