Provide technical consultation and support to resolve any hardware, software or technical issues for clients under AMC or not.
Clients include: Dubai Physiotherapy Clinic, Dubai World Trade Centre (MAC users), Laservision - An Al Futtaim division, FilmMaster Media, Evolution Events and Action Impact Event company etc.
Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems via remote access, phone, e-mail & face-to-face contact.
