Develop close business relationships with the professional teams involved in operations. Attend all periodic progress & technical meetings held with all relevant parties. Review & comment on Progress & other reports submitted.
Carry out planned preventive Maintenance, Fault diagnosis and remedial repair. Provide Technical support to teams, Project leads support on installation and commissioning of new assets and machinery. Exercise a personal duty of care for own and team health, safety, and welfare for those affected by the acts or omission and promote the same in their work area of responsibility
Review of risk assessments and supervision of external contractors, service engineers and suppliers. Participate in Health, Safety Risk programs including risk assessment of planned maintenance and reactive work activities. Develop and review standard operating procedures as necessary.
Monitor & Coordinate all MEP issues with counterparts including engineering, procurement, and installation of all MEP systems to ensure utmost integrity and functionality of all elements are duly maintained.
Monitor site inspection plans and approval process and participate in the testing and commissioning process in coordination with the project leaders.
Take part in risk workshops and report any risks associated with MEP installations or general project to the Project Director. Review, Participate & Assist the Project Team in value engineering exercises & in selecting proper constructability methods based on safe design and functionality.
Identify & quantify maintenance works required in all locations in coordination with other team members. Prepare Tender documents for comprehensive maintenance contracts. Evaluate the offers submitted by the contractor and prepare agreements.
Schedule and execute preventative maintenance operations and facility work order system. Manage the distribution, allocation, and supervision of the labors to various sites to undertake the regular contract works and follow-up on the assigned activity periodically.
Ensure effective upkeeping of the maintenance operations, thereby assuring adherence to the health and safety standards and meeting of legal requirement.
Engage in negotiation with the contractors & suppliers to settle at the best deal; manage budgets and keep records of payments; participated in attending, logging, and reporting equipment faults and other maintenance.
Schedule chemical cleaning, water testing and PH balance; backwashed the filtration units, heated, circulated and de-humidified systems. Providing updates to the managing director, progression reports on workforce overruns or shortfall. Ensuring adequate maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials for Service. Imparting adequate training, providing feedback, and coaching team members to support improvements in performance.

•primarily taking care of API Ball Valves from ZAVERO, Italy and promoting other agency products such as Pipe & Fittings and Pipeline intelligent systems mainly equipment for the maintenance, cleaning and start-up of oil, gas and water pipelines with our unidirectional and bidirectional pig, poly foam pig, spherical pig, gas air bag and gas seal stopper, intrusive and non-intrusive pig signaler (magnetic and ultrasonic), rapid opening closures (band-lock type), vertical, horizontal and oblique launcher and receiver pig, and sphere trap (that can also be equipped with release fingers for the automatic multiple launch of pigs and spheres).
