• Handling all the operations in IT Department.
• Maintain the server with zero downtime and conduct contingency test
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup (Daily, weekly monthly)
• Maintain all users’ system access request and authorizations.
• Respond to client and guest requests in timely and accurate manner.
• Perform root cause analysis of complex system problems and provide corrective actions.
• Assist project team in planning and implementation of special projects.
• Maintain hardware inventory and software license inventory up-to-date. Proper documentation for contracts, audit files and system changes
• Ensure all staffs follow established standards and guidelines.
• Analyze metrics to evaluate IT system performance and recommend improvements.
• Handle annual Budget(FF&E, OPEX) and ensure cost effectiveness
• Maintain an electronic library of user guides and training materials.
• Monitor the Operation and Security of all systems and software.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems.
• Perform data backup and disaster recovery operation.
• Maintain IP Phone, IPTV and Wi-Fi.
• Maintain all software and hardware’s logs.
• Responsible for maintaining and installing computer networks
• Creating and configuring VLANS and writing Access Control Lists for security purposes
• Training of basic functions of user software
Based on the user request provide them adequate support
Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer network and all connected PCs and peripherals, including planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. Analyzes and resolves end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provides end user training where required
