Nithya Merlin Mathew has been working with me since July 2012, when she started her tenure as an Estimation Engineer in lighting. Being in a field that requires high competence in the market, I’m pleased to say she has kept herself in par with her peers. Without any previous experience in the field, she has proven her capabilities to fulfill her duties as an engineer with dedication. She has portrayed the qualities of a team player, straightforwardness and technical & managerial skills at a high level and has kept her professional ethics and is proactive in carrying out the tasks given to her. She is a dedicated employee with reliable work habits. Nithya demonstrated from early in her tenure that she understood what business is all about. She was well organized and thrived under adversity which is noteworthy. Her communication skills are also exceptional. In a short span of time, she was able to grasp and bring to light the errors and implement the corrections required for the system giving due attention to the technical details. In addition to this, is her ability to work independently on the projects. Very goal oriented as well as a team player, Nithya was always punctual, yet easy going. She was keenly devoted to her work, and being a real people person, she is also enjoyable to be around. In closing, she has kept up her standards form the very beginning, being sincere , positive and selfless in contributing and supporting the company. She is ambitious and has the potential to advance further in the field of engineering. I feel confident in recommending her.
