• Working in IT Change Delivery team as Business Analyst for Core Banking Solution & Payments and cash management project implementation.

• Successful implementation of NACH & Direct Benefit Transfer (APBS) & got the distinction of one of the first two banks in India to implement the same.
• Handling project for implementation of ISO20022 message for RTGS as a part of RBI initiative. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.
• Working on core banking upgrade project taking care of payments, Direct Debit, ECS, NACH, Cheque clearing & CTS modules.

 Instrumental in rollout of various initiatives in back office of the bank & alternate channels of the bank like mobile banking, migration of phone banking centre, Internet banking and centralization of back of office activities in the bank.
 Successful migration of phone banking centre .Handled all the premigration & postmigration activities of phone banking centre migration.
 Participate in all systems & technology related projects and initiatives to ensure that changes and enhancements are introduced in a timely and effective manner with minimum disruption to customer service in coordination with all the stakeholders.
 Responsible for capturing business requirements, preparing business requirements document and functional specification/use cases/prototypes.
 Participate in researches and make recommendations regarding new technology based ways of working in order to reduce delivery costs and to increase customer satisfaction. Play an active role in developing the business requirements on system enhances and follows through till delivery of requirements.
 Conceptualize processes, identify key risks, suggest controls and issue operating guidelines to all stake holders, with their buy-in.
