increase the client base by 25% during this period and

* MIS : Developed a comprehensive MIS on MS Excel

Enhance Third Party Income: Brought in focus on the Third Party income business which increased contribution to the
Bank from Mobile money and Money Transfers to Tax Collections. The segment initially contributed less than 1% to

* Growth in CASA : The most critical action point as we focused on High Value accounts to enhance the Bank CASA from
15% to 27%. The strategy was to tap the top clients in each of the key business segments and provide a customised

* Growth in Asset base: The Bank grew the Asset book by 50% during this period with aggressive lending to Commercial
establishments while reducing the NPA levels through constant counselling and tracking of client’s business by 40%.

* Launch of VISA Card and Arsenal Affinity Account : The Arsenal Affinity Account was one of it’s kind product in
Uganda and born out of the tie up of the group with Arsenal Football club. The product was developed in conjunction
with Kenya Office and was doing well as Uganda has a lot of Arsenal Fans
