• Leading a team of Sr. Executives & Executives responsible for products on our website www.ethoswatches.com.
• Prime responsibility to attain zero pendency on product information such as product listing, images, attributes, 360 degree views, special information etc.
• Syncing with Merchandising Team to keep updated the website product listing for the coming products and current merchandising.
• Plan and implement strategies to get more information about the product to enhance customer experience.
• Syncing with Design Team to promote core brands & house brands to create special pages, 360 degree marketing campaigns, banners, mailers, and customer centric strategies.
• Responsible for business development through website by promoting online sales.
• Targeting and achieving a set of sales through E-commerce websites; currently active on Snapdeal, Amazon, Exclusively.
• Closely monitoring on orders, dispatch, returns, ratings and payment reconciliation. Also implement marketing campaigns on a mere costs.
• Responsible for payment gateway’s smooth functioning at website. Currently working with PayU and Pay with Amazon.
• Plans to integrate more E-commerce platforms to achieve better customer experience at a marginal transactional costs.
Role:
• Overseeing Leasing, Market Research for Commercial office portfolio with Good understanding of Tenant Mix & Rentals.
• Development of strategies, design, marketing, positioning and promotion of the brand by participation in industry events to generate revenue and achieve targets.
• Understanding and analysis of economic & business environment from company's perspective, signing of companies' term sheet, lease deed, letter of intent with lessor.
• Project commencement documentation involves closing of the lease deals, Leave & License Agreement and supporting in the fit-out process till stores being operational.
