status, hold points and overall job progress to stakeholders.
• Extract and analyze KPIs on weekly basis with required justification and improvement actions; monitor weekly cost consumption
against allocated yearly budget together with Cost Engineer and initiate cost re-classification requests when necessary.
• Supported 4-month pilot implementation of KAFA (Planning Process Improvement) system at Olefin-1 plant: executed and closed all
high-priority jobs daily in SAP, participated in weekly walk-downs, prepared and shared one-week-ahead schedules, verified
scaffold/spare/service readiness, performed daily site visits for feedback and conducted daily/weekly review meetings with OMC,
Operations and Maintenance teams.
