Preparation of the Interim Payment Application (which includes site work progress and materials both On and Off-site) and submission along with all necessary supporting documents, such as measurement sheets, progress
markup drawings, MIR & WIR.
Ensuring timely receipt of payments and payment certificates in line with the contractual payment terms.
Assessing and contrasting the Payment certificate obtained from the Main Contractor/ Consultant with the payment Application for discrepancies and directing them to the Project Manager.
Review Engineers Instructions concerning Variations, prepare quantity comparison for varied items, and assess the cost implications of the Variations. Submit the Variation Cost, which encompass supporting documents such as Rate breakdowns, measurement sheets, invoices, quotations, and mark-up drawings.
Preparing the unit rates with a comprehensive cost breakdown that encompasses all elements (materials, labor,
equipment/plant, overhead, and profit).
Prepare Subcontractor/supplier payment certificate based on S/C agreement payment terms including site approved work progress sheet and Site Engineers concern on deduction for any violation / unqualified
workmanship.
Reviewing & assessing variation claims from subcontractors and issuing variation orders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Study & Familiarize with contract agreement, scope of project, BOQ, Drawing, Commercial terms & Condition.
Preparation of tender documents for sub-contract works and specialist suppliers.
Generating periodic cost reports, progress claims, internal project costs, and financial projections for monthly project management meetings.
Keep records of Variation Logs, Payment logs, and other commercial and contractual logs for each project.
Preparing the Final Accounts for both Main and Sub contractor activities along with supporting documents.
Overseeing and directing three (03) quantity surveyors with regard to their designated projects for payment applications, variations, and other commercially relevant activities.
Reporting to the Immediate Manager and the relevant Project Manager regarding all commercial activities and
issues.
