Job Role:
• Responsible for Sales and marketing of Diesel Generators in Dubai and North Emirates.
• Plan the business development objectives to achieve the cross selling and new client targets and improvise the individual performance, client relationship, service quality and competence with international standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with exiting customers by successfully selling and implementing a new business products and services.
• Achieve the sales and implementing the business growth targets by indentifying prospective clients in the given territory.
• process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and other departments in issues related to delivery, installation and project completion
• Analyze, define and revise the current customer satisfaction research programs and reinvent the program into more effective and customer oriented process.
• Projects execution following up including installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel generators

 Managed wide range of direct and export sales operations encompassing proposal and quotation preparation, tendering, follow-up, bid negotiation, contract management, logistics coordination, delivery, client relations and report generation. Also participated with planning and marketing strategy making.
 Core person in sales and marketing for private and government sectors in Syria. Also directing tendering in for overseas viz. Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Gulf Region and North Africa.
 Developed business opportunities and sales/client investment proposals based on territory market study.
 Assumed full responsibility of business interaction with clients; uphold proactive communication responded to queries and resolved issues in a prompt and professional manner to met customer satisfaction hence developed good working relations with the same pertinent in future contact and network pipeline.
 Provided technical expertise in designing low voltage panel boards for package substations.

 Designed low voltage panels (type tested/locally made) and main/sub main panel boards (locally/foreign manufactured). Alongside managed drawing power and control schemes and supervised manufacturing.
 Facilitated training for operating personnel to ensure comprehensive understanding of their equipments.
 Handled wide range of functions directly related with sales, marketing, business development, client relations and customer service. Developed strategies to drive orders and sales performance.
 Prepared quotations and proposals. Carried out follow up and pre/post clarifications.
 Served as essential link between customers and commercial operations - marketing, engineering and product development teams. Uphold delivery of top quality customer care.

 Managed installation, commissioning and testing of electrical equipments, instruments and LV systems.
 Performed electrical equipment troubleshooting and provided technical support.
 Evaluated and accordingly designed distribution power diagrams for buildings and constructions.
