Advisory and Financial Analysis:
• Business Model Development and Marketing Strategy - Built valuation models and prepared marketing materials for launching the first Bank/Independent ATM co-branding program in Canada
• Profitability Improvement - Performed data mining and developed tiered pricing plans to increase company profitability by 10% annually
• Market Entry Strategy - Analyzed international expansion strategy in Asian markets, developed business proposals and pricing points for an international JV
• Strategy Development - Conducted market and economic research to assist the CEO and COO in the annual strategy review for the company
Acquisitions:
• Drafted proposals and terms sheets; reviewed legal documentation
